The applicant must have permission from the university to take time off for the Ph.D. program to be eligible.</span></li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">The candidate must be enrolled full-time in school. The student may enroll as a part-time student if they must support their family or have a condition.</span></li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Compared to a full-time student, the two-month study will be regarded as a one-month study for part-time students.
