AC Technician / Electrician/Gypsum Carpenter

1) AC Technician / Electrician

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and electrical equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC and electrical issues
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of wiring, electrical circuits, and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Immediate joiners preferred

2. Gypsum Carpenter

Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and finish gypsum boards, ceilings, and partitions
• Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
• Carry out framing, cutting, and fitting of gypsum materials
• Ensure high-quality finishing work

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in gypsum carpentry
• Skilled in ceiling, partition, and decorative work
• Attention to detail and finishing
• Ability to meet deadlines

3. Driver

Responsibilities:
• Safely transport staff, materials, and equipment as required
• Ensure the vehicle is clean and in good working condition
• Follow traffic laws and company regulations
• Assist with loading and unloading when required

Requirements:
• Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle / Heavy as per need)
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in UAE
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic rules
• Punctual and responsible

4) Foreman / Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily site activities (building management & renovation works)
• Allocate work to technicians and workers, ensuring productivity
• Monitor quality and safety standards at the site
• Coordinate between workers and management
• Respond to building emergency call-outs and resolve issues quickly
• Knowledge of chillers, HVAC systems, and building maintenance equipment
• Prepare daily reports and ensure smooth operation of facilities

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory/foreman role
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of building management systems, chiller operation, and emergency response
• Ability to handle pressure and lead a team effectively
