Academic Counselor

We are seeking motivated female staff to join our academy as Academic Counselors. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in the education sector. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards academic success and personal growth. Requirements: Fluent in spoken English, Strong interpersonal skills, Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents, Passion for education and helping others succeed, Customer service experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: Providing academic guidance and support to students, Assisting students in setting academic goals and developing study plans, Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with students, Responding to inquiries from students and parents regarding academic programs and services, Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure students’ needs are met.
