JOB PURPOSE Responsible for Supervising the overall operations of the accommodation facilities in all RAKEZ industrial zone CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct regular inspections of all the assigned facilities to ensure compliance with approved manuals and procedures including external parties such as MOHRE Implement corrective measures to improve facility conditions and maintain compliance with relevant standards Regular site visits to all accommodation buildings within RAKEZ through scheduled visits and ad hoc visits to ensure smooth and proper operation of the accommodation facilities all the time Attend any emergency call and event during and after the working hours liaise with all parties to implement a proper and quick efficient solution report the incidents to the respective parties such as Management Security HSE FM Leasing Legal and others as applicable Assist in developing and implementing the department budget objectives and policies Ensure alignment with park operations and other relevant standards Communicate proactively with all team members on operational matters and updates through Proactively verbal and official communications by emails and meetings Provide technical advice and support to operational staff resolving any ad hoc or urgent operational issues Solve any potential matter that might appear between the tenants due to the negligence or deviation from the accommodation rules and regulations Facilitate collaboration between park operation team and engineering consultants and contractors for any executed projects or maintenance jobs in the accommodation facilities QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE SKILLS Educational Qualifications Diploma or bachelors degree from an accredited Institution Years of Experience Minimum of 5 7 years of industry related experience assisting in managing the operations of facilities warehouses and land plots Other requirements Fluent in English and Arabic Knowledge of other languages such as Tamil Urdu Malayalam etc is an added advantage Excellent analytical ability Detail oriented efficient and organized Responds well in fast paced high pressure environment Good communication skills Excellent ability in Microsoft OfficeReport writing and analytics
