Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: - Administrative and Secretarial services for the head of Department. - Maintaining a swift appointment plan and updating it for the head of department. Daily agenda maintenance and update. - Types memos and other correspondences. - Carries out additional duties assigned by management within the scope of the department. - Manages the Department Head's diary/schedule of meetings and ensures he is aware of daily commitments. - Responsible for the filing system required by the department head. - Types letters/emails to be sent to concerned parties as required. - Follows up with relevant departments regarding the submission of reports (daily/monthly/quarterly). - Receives incoming calls and directs them appropriately. - Assists with requisitions for office stationery/supplies. - Performs other jobs as assigned from time to time. Skills: - University Degree or Diploma - Computer literacy - Communication skills - Proficiency in typing and strong spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills - Good customer service and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and versatility
