- Physical stamina to endure long shifts and extended periods of driving while maintaining focus
- Ability to operate and maintain vehicles properly, ensuring the truck is in good working condition at all times
- Ability to navigate using maps and GPS systems to find the most efficient routes
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers to receive assignments and provide updates on progress
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Report any accidents, breakdowns, or delays immediately to the appropriate authority for further action
