Title: Amazon Seller Account Compliance & Appeal Specialist (Ongoing)

Job Description:

We are an Amazon FBA seller looking for an experienced freelancer to help manage and resolve Amazon Account Health issues on an ongoing basis. Work will be on an as-needed basis whenever compliance matters arise.

Tasks may include:

Responding to and resolving:

Intellectual Property (Trademark, Copyright, Patent) claims

Inauthentic product complaints

Restricted product violations

Account suspension / multiple violations

Drafting and submitting appeals to Amazon Seller Performance.

Advising on best practices to prevent future issues.

And other routine account management issues as assigned.

Requirements:

Proven experience handling Amazon policy violations and appeals.

Strong written communication skills.

Quick turnaround time when issues arise.

Engagement:

Ongoing / part-time, paid per task or hourly.
