Job Description

The Appointment Setter is a critical role in driving the company's growth by generating and qualifying high volumes of real estate leads through outbound calling.

This individual will be the first point of contact for homeowners, gathering important property details and scheduling follow-up calls for sales closers.

  • Make 300 to 400 outbound calls daily to homeowners.
  • Identify motivated sellers interested in wholesaling, flipping, or retailing their properties.
  • Engage leads in friendly, natural conversations to build rapport.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for closers with qualified leads.
  • Collect detailed property information such as roofing condition, HVAC status, lease details, and other relevant data.
  • Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience in real estate (appointment setting or closing roles).
  • Proven track record of high-volume outbound calling (300+ calls/day).
  • Experience using CRM software and call tracking tools.
  • Strong English communication skills (C1 level preferred) with an outgoing, personable tone.
  • Ability to ask targeted questions without being overly salesy.
