Why does this role exist?This role is critical to driving the company's growth by generating and qualifying high volumes of real estate leads through outbound calling. The appointment setter will be the first point of contact for homeowners, gathering important property details and scheduling follow-up calls for sales closers. Hiring skilled assistants allows the client to scale operations rapidly and maximize deal flow. The Impact you'll makeOutbound Lead GenerationMake 300 to 400 outbound calls daily to homeowners. Identify motivated sellers interested in wholesaling, flipping, or retailing their properties. Engage leads in friendly, natural conversations to build rapport. Appointment SettingSchedule follow-up calls and appointments for closers with qualified leads. Use client scripts and scenarios to effectively guide calls toward booking. Information GatheringCollect detailed property information such as roofing condition, HVAC status, lease details, and other relevant data. Ensure accurate and thorough data collection to support deal evaluation. Lead & CRM ManagementLog all calls and update lead statuses using CRM software. Utilize CallRail for call tracking and PropStream/DealMachine for lead research. Team Growth & DevelopmentRamp up quickly through client-provided training and scripts. Demonstrate potential to grow into a closing role over time.
