<p>Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President - Capital & Liquidity Management, this role collaborates closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Data Management teams. The Assistant Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Bank’s capital and liquidity management strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Preparing and submitting capital adequacy reports to CBUAE (monthly, quarterly, annually)</li><li>Monitoring capital ratios to ensure regulatory compliance</li><li>Supporting capital strategy development and optimization</li><li>Conducting stress testing and scenario analysis</li><li>Preparing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual liquidity reports</li><li>Conducting scenario analysis to evaluate liquidity impacts</li><li>Responding to CBUAE information requests</li><li>Creating detailed reports and presentations for senior management and board</li><li>Analyzing financial data to support strategic decisions</li><li>Driving process improvements in reporting and analytics</li><li>Enhancing MIS and operational processes related to capital and liquidity</li><li>Promoting a high-performance culture within the Finance team</li><li>Staying abreast of regulatory changes and assessing their impact</li><li>Performing other duties and preparing ad hoc reports as required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields</li><li>Professional certifications (PMP, CPA, CFA, FRM, MBA) are a plus</li><li>3–5 years in Finance, Treasury, Risk, or Compliance roles</li><li>5–8 years of total professional experience</li><li>Banking or financial services experience preferred</li><li>Familiarity with CBUAE and BIS regulatory frameworks</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and presentation capabilities</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory standards (CBUAE/BIS)</li><li>Effective communication and stakeholder management</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau; working knowledge of VBA/SQL</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What’s In It For You:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive, performance-linked compensation</li><li>Medical coverage for you and your family</li><li>Comprehensive life insurance</li><li>Inclusive and diverse workplace culture</li><li>Career development and fast-track growth opportunities</li><li>Work alongside some of the best minds in the industry</li><li>A chance to bring your whole self to work and thrive</li></ul>
