Job Description - Brasserie Waite           

As a Brasserie Waiter, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our guests in the brasserie restaurant. You will greet and seat guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of table

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly mannen

- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy

- Deliver orders to guests in a timely manne

- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu item

- Ensure all guests have a pleasant dining experience

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area

- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables

- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manne

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedure

- Attend training sessions and meetings as require

Requirements

- Previous experience as a waiter or server in a high-volume restaurant

- Excellent communication and customer service skill

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food and beverage menu

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift equipment

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
