In this role, you will be responsible for driving outbound lead generation and creating new business opportunities in the UK market. You will prospect potential clients through multiple channels, build strong initial relationships, and qualify leads before passing them to the enterprise sales team. As a key contributor to the sales pipeline, you will refine and execute the BDR process while positioning innovative data-driven solutions to potential customers. Accountabilities:
Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound campaigns including email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and events.
Build strong initial relationships and conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities.
Own, refine, and operate the BDR process to consistently generate high-quality leads.
Pass qualified BANT leads to Enterprise Account Executives, supporting a seamless sales process.
Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
Position innovative customer data solutions to prospective clients.
Adhere to company policies, privacy standards, and complete mandatory training on time.
5–10 years of experience as a BDR/SDR, ideally in MarTech, CDP, or Data solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Highly structured, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to document discovery and manage leads.
