• Position: Civil Quantity Surveyor/Estimator – Female Preferred
• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Experience: 1-3 Years UAE experience
• Visa: Husband Visa Preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for a Female Quantity Surveyor (Civil) responsible for taking quantities from architectural and structural drawings for tender submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract quantities accurately from civil drawings
• Prepare quantity take-offs for tendering and estimation
• Coordinate with the estimation team to ensure timely submission of tenders
• Review and interpret project specifications and drawings
• Assist in cost estimation and BOQ preparation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in quantity take-off and tender preparation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines

Salary : Based on experience (Negotiable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
