Counter Sales Associate
Job Summary: Greet and serve walk-in customers providing high level service through product knowledge and procedures. Process orders from waiters, set them according to standards, and ensure timely presentation. Receive daily orders, verify items, display them in presentation fridge, and replenish regularly while maintaining hygiene. Participate in opening and closing duties per procedures. Maintain records such as training, taste panels, and wastage. Handle cash payments per policies. Coordinate with Stock Keeper and management to place needed product orders. Handle takeaway orders and special customer requests. Maintain communication with team through proper handover processes. Ensure hygiene through 'Clean as you go' policy. Qualifications: High School Degree, 0-1 year experience in customer service, fluency in English.
