About the role:
The Creative Designer/ Promo Producer at OSN+ will produce dynamic, eye-catching content tailored for a digital-first audience, staying ahead of trends and constantly evolving with what engages viewers. This role is perfect for a creative mind who thrives on collaboration, brings fresh energy to the team, and knows how to turn a brief into something unexpected yet on-brand.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically skilled, but also dynamic, proactive, and fun to be around—someone who communicates clearly, takes feedback with a growth mindset, and can think outside the box. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Creative and other team members, fitting right in with our fast-moving, idea-driven environment. Whether it’s a short-form edit, a punchy animation, or a scroll-stopping digital spot, your work will help shape the story of both OSN+ and Anghami.
Key Responsibilities:
Create captivating video edits and motion graphics for digital platforms, especially social media, digital ads, and on-demand content.
Bring creative initiative and fresh thinking to every brief, offering ideas that push creative boundaries while staying on-brand.
Manage projects independently with ownership, yet thrive in collaborative settings where ideas are shared and feedback is part of the process.
Understand and apply digital audience behaviors to create content that truly resonates and engages.
Be a great team player—good-willed, energetic, vocal when it matters, and always ready to contribute to a positive, fun work atmosphere.
Align closely with the Head of Creative and campaign leads to ensure storytelling remains cohesive and impactful.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital-first video and knowledge of motion graphic design.
Bilingual in Arabic and English, with the ability to craft culturally relevant, engaging content in both languages.
A natural collaborator who brings energy and initiative to every project, communicates clearly, and builds strong working relationships.
Experience creating content that lives and breathes digital—scroll-stopping, platform-specific, and made for modern viewing habits.
Able to adapt quickly, handle feedback constructively, and always push for better, bolder creative.
