Overview

We are a small but well-established e-commerce business based in the UK, and we're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.

This is a flexible, part-time position with room to grow – ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email and live chat
  • Provide clear, friendly, and solution-focused support
  • Assist with common inquiries such as order tracking, returns, and product information
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to streamline customer service
  • Work collaboratively with our small, agile team to help us continually improve

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written English – grammar, tone, and clarity matter
  • Prior experience in e-commerce customer support (Shopify experience is a plus)
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems/tools
  • Highly reliable – when you say you’ll show up, you show up
  • A positive, calm attitude – especially under pressure
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to be part of our business growth

Position Details:

  • Remote – work from anywhere
  • Flexible hours – overlap with UK time is a MUST!
  • Approx. 10 hours per week to start, with potential to expand
