Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to join our team at Amazon in Dubai. As a key member of our last-mile delivery operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time and with a smile.

You will be based at one of our state-of-the-art delivery warehouses where you will work closely with warehouse associates, delivery partners, and customers to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will enable you to consistently provide a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with multiple web browsers and database searching
• English language proficiency required; Arabic language skills preferred
