F&b Operations Supervisor

Responsible for overseas of menu development and sales of Barrick Groups F&B outlets across Dubai. In charge of products and solutions, and promote our products through various avenues within the premises.
• Providing product intelligence for existing customers and working alongside different consultants and stakeholders to allocate opportunities.
• Develop new customers in side the F&B outlets, maintain customer relationships, regularly communicate, understand customer needs and respond in a timely manner;
• Have a good sense of teamwork, effectively coordinate with internal resources, supervising all outlets staff.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly targets and incentives for each location tracking after signing the order, assist and coordinate the head office.
• Complete the special work assigned by the management, cooperate to promote the sales progress, and complete the sales target.
• Complete other work arranged by superior leaders
• Requirements*:
• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years Mnium in F&B Hospitality & 2 years minimum in a similar role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Be adapt to visit all outlets daily.
• Have a pioneering spirit, be proactive and self-driven, have strong self-confidence,

and have the ability to plan and manage.
• Valid UAE Driver's license and vehicle
• Must be educated in HACCAP protocols and Healthy & Safety Food and Beverage measures.
• PIC Certificate a plus
