Foreman-HVAC (Ptw Holder)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Ensure all work is completed according to specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to plan and execute HVAC projects efficiently.
- Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, report on performance metrics, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project documentation.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Obtain and maintain a valid Permit to Work (PTW) in Qatar.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or similar role in Qatar.
- Valid Permit to Work (PTW) in Qatar is required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in HVAC is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required.
