You will play a key role in creating captivating high-visibility campaigns and product imagery for our website. Your responsibility will be to oversee the development of stunning still and motion content that harmonizes brand identity with customer needs and top-notch technical execution.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for style, an understanding of visual composition, and be aware of emerging design trends. You will work collaboratively with 3D Artists, ensuring that all output is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for someone who can expertly navigate established style guides while introducing creative and aspirational solutions that enhance the shopping experience. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in managing multiple projects, and have an impressive portfolio demonstrating your art direction capabilities, we are eager to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Present design solutions to stakeholders for concept and layout approval</li><li>Plan, concept, and execute high-quality image and video content</li><li>Develop layouts and articulate clear creative briefs for 3D Artist teams</li><li>Lead and inspire creative teams while promoting collaboration and innovation</li><li>Convert customer insights into engaging shopping experiences</li><li>Manage outsourced design/production as needed and propose resource solutions</li><li>Collaborate with production to effectively schedule and allocate talent</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>The Person</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in 3D design and art direction</li><li>A compelling online portfolio showcasing visual branding, online marketing, and customer-focused design</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma</li><li>Experience in photo/video art direction and managing remote teams</li><li>Proven expertise in defining and maintaining style guides or brand guidelines</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities</li><li>Experience in virtual production and VFX is a plus</li><li>Expertise in directing elevated 3D lifestyle/editorial imagery is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>The Details</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>Work location:</b> UK based / remote working</li><li><b>Start date:</b> ASAP / October 2025</li><li><b>Duration:</b> Ongoing / project-to-project work</li><li><b>Pay Rate:</b> £500 - £650 per day (via PAYE)</li></ul>
