<p><strong>SAP Consultant : Immediate Requirement</strong></p>
<p>Is responsible for migrating, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions from SAP Business ByDesign to SAP S/4 HANA.</p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Migration & Implementation: Lead the transition from SAP ByDesign to S/4 HANA, ensuring seamless data migration and system integration.</li>
<li>System Configuration: Customize and configure SAP S/4 HANA modules to align with business needs.</li>
<li>Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and enhance efficiency using S/4 HANA capabilities.</li>
<li>Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues, provide system maintenance, and ensure optimal performance.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and IT, to ensure smooth implementation.</li>
<li>Training & Documentation: Develop user manuals, conduct training sessions, and support end-users.</li>
<li>Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to industry standards and data security protocols.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years in SAP implementation, with expertise in SAP ByDesign and S/4 HANA.</li>
<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in ABAP, Fiori, UI5, SQL, SAP ECC, and data migration.</li>
<li>Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
