General Manager – Home Nursing Services

Are you a healthcare professional with strong leadership and operational experience? Do you want to be part of building a trusted, people-first home nursing service in Qatar from the ground up?

We’re launching a new in-home nursing and caregiver services company and looking for a General Manager to help lead the setup and manage daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with healthcare industry knowledge, licensing experience, and a passion for quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle business setup, licensing (MoPH, DHP), and registration

● Build and manage a team of licensed nurses and caregivers

● Develop systems for staffing, scheduling, and client service

● Maintain full compliance with Qatar’s healthcare regulations

● Engage clients, build partnerships, and support growth

Requirements:

● 5+ years of healthcare management or operations experience (home care preferred)

● Strong knowledge of MoPH and DHP licensing

● Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Admin, or similar (Master’s is a plus)

● Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage

● Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
