We're looking for a performance-driven ads specialist who knows how to make campaigns work in the US market. If you've managed accounts for US-based clients or successfully run campaigns targeting US audiences, we'd love to talk.

What you'll be working on:

  • Building and managing paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Driving measurable growth with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and long-term scalability.
  • Analyzing performance data and making proactive optimizations.
  • Collaborating with our analytics team to ensure tracking and attribution are airtight.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience running campaigns for US clients or targeting US audiences.
  • Strong grasp of media buying fundamentals: bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing, funnel stages.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and ad pixels is a plus.
  • Experience working with larger brands or high-spend accounts would be a strong plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action.
