Graphic Designer
- Understand and analyze the communication brief/email and turn it into a conceptualization visual - Incorporate the concept and take it to the next level of adaptation and implementation based on feedback. - Convert the brief into a visual presentation based on requirements. - Ensure the creative direction is fit for different channels based on campaign scope. - Ensure key messages are accurate, clear, consistent, and aligned with the approved communications plan & requirements - Recommend a strategy to reach a certain audience based on the scope of the campaign - Design a concept that identifies a service or communicates an idea - Coordinate & supervise indoor & outdoor designing applications and advertising campaigns - Proofread the content of the design before printing/publishing - Create and design all internal assets based on requirements - Ensure creativity for designing the internal communication (intranet) & corporate website - Coordinate & manage updates and design of Qatar Rail’s corporate intranet content related to organizational communication - Arrange site visits and meetings on site as required for branding purposes. - Build and support a storyboard and execution for digital campaigns - Coordinate, supervise, and maintain Qatar Rail’s Internal online newsletter - Create and design all Qatar Rail’s social media coverage - Provide necessary support to Communications team when necessary Requirements: - Degree in Design, Fine Arts - 5+ years of experience - Reports to: Communications Specialist, Corporate Communications Manager, Executive Administration Director
