Job Overview:
Techsmew Innovations Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, graphic design and 3D modeling with animation. You will be responsible for creating engaging designs for multiple platforms, including social media, marketing materials, and digital content. Basic web development or WordPress skills will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media creatives (LinkedIn posts, banners, ads, etc.)
• Create brochures, flyers, posters and presentations
• Edit and produce videos for YouTube and other platforms
• Develop 3D models and animations (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D)
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs
• Perform basic website updates (HTML, CSS, WordPress/low-code tools)

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Video editing skills for social media & YouTube
• Strong skills in Blender or other 3D tools (Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D)
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and WordPress
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Hiring Criteria:

• Freshers: Considered as interns with a performance-based stipend (stay fund) and chance for full-time role
• Experienced: Skills evaluated through Proof of Concept (POC) tasks before final selection

Preferred:

• Knowledge of social media marketing trends
• Ability to adapt designs for different formats and platforms

Education:
Any degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related fields
