Job Description






An Ultra Luxury 5* Hotel is eager to welcome a highly motivated and cordial individual to the role of Waitress, with the formal title of Supervisor. This unique position combines the practical responsibilities of a waitress with the prestige of a supervisory role, allowing for a higher salary and more excellent benefits. Situated in the bustling JBR, this opportunity is not only a job but a gateway to a rewarding career in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure guests are warmly greeted and escorted to their tables.

  • Present and explain menu items, answering any inquiries guests may have.

  • Make informed recommendations for menu items and assist in the up-selling of products.

  • Accurately record food and drink orders, ensuring seamless communication with kitchen staff.

  • Serve orders with professionalism and care, maintaining the high standards of Rixos Premium JBR Hotel.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, arranging table settings as required.

  • Uphold all health department regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests.



Requirements

  • Open to East European female candidates between the ages of 21-29.

  • Height preference of 170 cm or taller.

  • Must possess an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.

  • The candidate should have an elegant and professional appearance.

  • Prior experience in the F&B sector or broader hospitality industry is appreciated. 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.

  • Must be ready to commence employment promptly and relocate to Dubai.
