<p><strong>BettingJobs</strong> is working with a successful international sports betting and gaming manager who are looking for a<strong> iGaming operations, CRM and Product Lead</strong> to join their team in <strong>Dubai</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><br>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>:Shape and execute product strategy in collaboration with leadership</li><li>.Implement and manage a new gamification/CRM system to improve customer engagement</li><li>.Plan and manage integrations with new game providers</li><li>.Drive sportsbook product development and operational efficiency</li><li>.Ensure promotional content aligns with business goals and brand identity</li><li>.Analyze data to drive acquisition and retention, working with BI, VIP, and country teams</li><li>.Monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve</li><li>.Ensure all marketing, CRM, and operational activities are legally compliant</li><li>.Lead cross-functional planning for successful execution of campaigns and feature</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>s<br>Requirement</strong></p><ul><li>s:Passion for gaming and deep understanding of online Gaming and casino product</li><li>s.Considerable Sportsbook experience and Knowledge, having previously worked with sports betting customers/in an online sports betting environme</li><li>nt3+ years’ experience in gaming industry operations or product managemen</li><li>t.Strong background in loyalty, gamification, CRM, and campaign managemen</li><li>t.Proven track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns and product innovation</li><li>s.Solid grasp of gaming markets across Africa, including legal and compliance nuance</li><li>s.Adept at working with cross-functional teams and managing external partners/provider</li><li>s.Strategic mindset with strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skill</li><li>s.A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to high standards of integrity and customer experienc</li><li>e.Experience working across multi-country African market</li><li>s.Familiarity with bonus engines and gamification platform</li><li>s.Knowledge of payments, affiliate marketing, and regulatory framework</li><li>s.Strong understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral dat</li><li>a.Ability to develop and articulate product vision and campaign narratives to a wide range of stakeholder</li></ul><p><br></p>s.
