<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As a <strong>Solutions Architect (Development & AI) </strong>you will report directly to the Principal Solutions Architect (Development & AI) to successfully develop and implement core business applications on premises and in the cloud. You will work closely with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to ensure solutions meet the needs of the business. You will provide support, guidance and escalation routes for Service Centre colleagues.</p>
<p>This is a hybrid role allowing a mix of onsite (minimum 2 days per week) and remote working to best suit business needs.</p>

<p><strong>About the person</strong></p>
<p>The role requires an experienced Solutions Architect with excellent business application development and implementation skills. This role will also require an individual who is flexible to manage a heavy workload whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance. </p>
<p>Experience of procuring and deploying solutions in a variety of technical areas is essential, in particular; deployment of corporate AI solutions, and integrating solutions with M365. Knowledge of and experience of applying IT security standards is similarly essential.</p>

<li>- Proven experience of designing, documenting and delivering fit-for-purpose Business and Digital Solutions. Demonstrable experience of delivering technical solutions to time and budget. </li>
<li>- The ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and to also communicate those solutions to colleagues across all levels of the business.</li>
<li>- Substantial experience of working in an environment with a technically diverse IT estate.</li>
