Junior Lab Technician – Asphalt Background

We are seeking a *Lab Technician* with hands-on experience in *asphalt material testing* to join a well-established asphalt operation company. The role includes conducting tests at the plant and site, preparing accurate reports, ensuring calibration of lab equipment, and supporting production teams by maintaining high-quality standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Perform sampling and testing of materials (aggregates, bitumen, asphalt) as per approved procedures

Prepare and sign off test reports

Ensure lab equipment is properly calibrated and maintained

Report test results, including failures, to supervisors

Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards

*Requirements:*

* 2–4 years’ experience in civil/asphalt lab testing

* Familiar with AASHTO, ASTM, BS, BSEN, QCS standards

* Knowledge of Ashghal/QCS specs is preferred

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Contract length: 1 month
