We are seeking a Level 1 Support Engineer to join our growing remote IT helpdesk team. The role involves resolving technical issues for clients via various channels, collaborating with other teams, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include password resets, troubleshooting, and providing device support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and remote desktop tools
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Kaseya, Zendesk, or similar (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and within a remote team
