Full job description

We are looking for M365 Support Engineer for a temporary contract with our client.

- Set - Up: Remote/Work from home

- Duration: 3 months - extendable

- ASAP AVAILABLE AND LOCATED IN UAE

- Must have own visa

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled M365 Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Teams and OneDrive support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Teams collaboration tools and OneDrive cloud storage for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2/3 support for Microsoft Teams and OneDrive issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve user problems related to Teams meetings, chat, file sharing, and OneDrive synchronization.

Manage user access, permissions, and configurations within the M365 environment.

Work closely with end-users to ensure optimal usage and performance of M365 collaboration tools.

Coordinate with Microsoft support for complex issue resolution when required.

Document support processes, FAQs, and known issue resolutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Microsoft 365 support, specifically with MS Teams and OneDrive.

Strong understanding of M365 admin center and endpoint configurations.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Relevant M365 or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
