We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Male Recruiter in Oil and Gas to join our growing team.

• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess skills and qualifications to match job requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
• Develop strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and placement activities in the recruitment database.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manpower services or staffing in oil and gas industry.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess candidates’ skills and match them to job opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Salary will be discussed upon interview.
