Marketing Manager – Chocolate Brand | Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of fully integrated marketing strategies across all channels for our food and consumer goods distribution company in Dubai. This role oversees brand marketing, trade marketing, digital, retail activations, influencer collaborations, and PR, ensuring consistency and impact across the entire marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, a creative mindset, and strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Brand Development:
  • Build and lead a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy for multiple product categories and brands, across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Translate brand objectives into cohesive marketing plans covering ATL (TV, radio, outdoor), BTL (in-store, events), digital, and social media.
  • Lead product positioning, storytelling, and value proposition creation to ensure brand consistency and consumer relevance.
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
  • Oversee the execution of performance-driven digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, e-commerce platforms, and email marketing.
  • Develop and supervise content calendars, influencer partnerships, and digital brand activations.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, engagement metrics, and ROI to continuously optimize online strategies.
Retail & Trade Marketing:
  • Align with the sales and trade marketing teams to plan in-store activations, promotions, displays, and POS materials.
  • Develop marketing support tools for retail partners, wholesalers, and category managers.
  • Ensure omnichannel integration, connecting online and offline marketing efforts.
Campaign Execution & Project Management:
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand events.
  • Manage external agencies (creative, media, PR, digital) to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Ensure 360-degree alignment across internal departments (sales, operations, finance, design).
Brand Visibility & Public Relations:
  • Coordinate media plans, PR strategies, and brand sponsorships to drive awareness and elevate brand image.
  • Manage collaborations with chefs, influencers, and content creators to generate buzz and visibility.
  • Plan and attend industry events, exhibitions, and brand showcases.
Team Leadership & Reporting:
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team and freelancers/agencies across different functions.
  • Track, analyze, and present performance data for all campaigns and touchpoints.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in FMCG, food, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong experience in both traditional and digital marketing (360 campaign experience is a must).
  • Experience working with retailers, distributors, e-commerce platforms, and brand activations.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp, Canva/Adobe Suite, analytics dashboards).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
