Medium Driver + Helper

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Medium Vehicle Driver with Helper to support our transportation and logistics operations. The driver will be responsible for safely operating medium-sized commercial vehicles, while the helper will assist in loading/unloading goods, navigation, and ensuring efficient route completion.

Key Responsibilities:Driver Duties:

• Operate a medium commercial vehicle (e.g., 14-26 ft truck, 2-5 ton) safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Ensure proper documentation of deliveries, routes, and mileage.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
• Assist with loading/unloading when needed.

Helper Duties:

• Assist driver with loading/unloading goods safely and accurately.
• Secure cargo to prevent damage during transport.
• Guide the driver while reversing or maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Help with delivery paperwork and customer interaction, when required.
• Ensure delivery areas are clean and clear after unloading.

Qualifications:

• Valid [local/national] driver’s license for medium commercial vehicles.
• Clean driving record with minimum [2–3] years of experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and road safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
