Overall Purpose Of The Job: The Nurse Manager assumes responsibility for overseeing and driving quality in all aspects of nursing on the CAS Role 2 project. They will function as a member of the leadership team and handle the required duties as they pertain to patient care, administration, and contractual obligations. Under general supervision from the Chief Medical Officer, they provide professional nursing leadership and perform regular nursing duties as required. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring the development, implementation and application of policies and procedures related to the delivery of safe and efficient nursing care. Monitors, audits, and evaluates the quality of nursing care provided. Develops strategies, objectives, and plans for outpatient and inpatient services. Develops and implements short- and long-term goals. Directs activities of nursing personnel consistent with the Performance Work Statement. Supervises and implements the Clinical Quality Assurance Plan, Medical Reception Department, emergency and surgical services, and Occupational Health Programs. Reviews new hire medical credentials. Coordinates training and communication between departments. Personnel Management/Staffing: Identifies staffing needs, manages orientation and training, monitors performance and corrective actions, and ensures optimal staffing. Leadership: Provides visibility, fosters positive culture, leads innovation, participates in department leadership. Job Profile - Required: RN with US licensure, 5+ years nursing experience, 3+ years management, BLS, ACLS, PALS certified. Preferred: Experience in military hospital, JCI, occupational health, mass casualty, and ICU/ER. Physical Demands: Office environment with sitting, standing, bending. Special Qualifications: Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder, with valid passport and US DOS clearance or ability to obtain one. Must be willing to relocate to Qatar.
