The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role involves assessing patients' health needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and assisting in medical procedures while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to prescribed medical plans.
• Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms, conditions, and progress.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatments, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse License (as per country regulations).
• Minimum [X] years of nursing experience (freshers may be considered based on requirements).
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Work Environment:

• Rotational shifts may be required (day/night/weekends).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
