Operations Director

My client leading Architectural practice in Dubai is seeking a Operations Director to join the team in Dubai. This vital role is essential to drive operational excellence and support the company's continued growth and success in the region . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management in a consulting environment, you must have a proven track record of leading teams, with particular emphasis on managing profitability and cashflow.Qualifications: - Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and achieve organizational goals.- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.- Monitor operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.- Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.- Manage budgets and financial resources, optimizing cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

- Preferably a bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering and/or Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management role , in the Middle East- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.- Excellent communication and capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, driving performance and achieving results.- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is highly desirable.- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
