The platform utilizes virtual rewards instead of traditional igaming elements, providing players with credits and virtual coins to enhance their experience. This approach includes competitive tournaments, a diverse game selection, and integrated incentives. The user-centric design ensures an intuitive interface, highlighting the platform's advantages and benefits. Type of cooperation: Part-Time (On-demand, up to 15 hours per week) Your responsibilities on the project will be: <ul> <li>Driving technical discussions on the groomings/plannings.</li> <li>Active contribution in the form of ideas/suggestions for the customer.</li> <li>Making final approval on the new features' technical design.</li> <li>Actively resolve technical blockers in a reliable way that doesn't introduce new issues or bottlenecks.</li> <li>Improving performance and monitoring this metric throughout development.</li> </ul> You can be part of the following team: 1 Full Stack Developer, 1 Junior Full Stack Developer, 1 QA Engineer, 1 Project Manager, 1 Product Owner (Client-side). Tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Git, Figma Our requirements to you: 12+ years of professional experience in full-stack developmentExperience working in the online igaming or similar domain is a mustEnglish level: Upper-Intermediate or higher Frontend & UI Architecture <ul> <li>Expert in React and Next.js application architecture and optimization.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of shadcn/ui component system and design system integration.</li> <li>Ability to design scalable, maintainable component libraries with strong accessibility compliance.</li> <li>Proficient in SSR, ISR, and static site generation patterns in Next.js.</li> </ul> Backend & API Layer <ul> <li>Strong experience with Strapi (v5+) customization, plugin development, and security hardening.</li> <li>Ability to design headless CMS content models optimized for large-scale dynamic games and events.</li> <li>Understanding of GraphQL and REST API performance optimization.</li> </ul> Performance & Core Web Vitals <ul> <li>Proven track record of improving LCP, CLS, FID, INP scores to meet Google Core Web Vitals thresholds.</li> <li>Familiarity with image optimization (responsive, next-gen formats, lazy loading) and code-splitting.</li> <li>Experience with bundle analysis, removing unused dependencies, and reducing TTI (Time to Interactive).</li> <li> Knowledge of caching strategies (HTTP caching, ISR, SWR) and CDN optimization.</li> </ul> AWS Cloud Architecture <ul> <li>Experience designing highly available, low-latency solutions on AWS for web applications.</li> <li>Familiarity with CloudFront, S3, Lambda@Edge, and API Gateway for delivery optimization.</li> <li>Understanding of secure deployment patterns for gaming-related platforms in AWS.</li> </ul> Google Ads & Policy Compliance <ul> <li>Experience identifying and mitigating causes of Google Ads account suspensions for gaming projects.</li> <li>Knowledge of creative/content compliance and dynamic content filtering to meet ad platform policies.</li> <li>Ability to architect content delivery in a way that isolates restricted elements while preserving SEO and marketing capabilities.</li> </ul> Optimization & Monitoring Tooling <ul> <li>Skilled with Lighthouse, WebPageTest, Chrome DevTools, and Core Web Vitals tracking tools.</li> <li>Ability to set up automated performance regression testing in CI/CD.</li> <li>Familiarity with observability tooling (New Relic, AWS X-Ray, or similar).</li> </ul> Security & Compliance <ul> <li>Knowledge of igaming regulation-related tech constraints (age gating, geo-restrictions, KYC integrations).</li> <li>Familiarity with Content Security Policy (CSP), anti-fraud measures, and secure asset handling.</li> </ul> Who will you have the opportunity to meet during the hiring process (stages): Call, HR, Tech interview, PM interview.<div class="content-conclusion"> What we can offer you: <ol> <li style="font-weight: 400;">We have stable and highly-functioning processes – everyone has their own role and clear responsibilities, so decisions are made quickly and without unnecessary approvals. </li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">You will have enough independence to make decisions that can affect not only the project but also the work of the company.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">We are a team of like-minded experts who create interesting products during working hours, and enjoy spending free time together.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Do you like to learn something new in your profession, or do you want to improve your English?
