The <strong>Partner Marketing Manager</strong> will play a pivotal role in driving joint marketing initiatives with our most strategic global partners. This role is responsible for developing and executing co-marketing strategies that align with both our business objectives and those of our partners.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br><br></strong><li>Partner Strategy & Planning <br></li><li>Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with strategic partners to drive joint business growth. <br></li><li>Align marketing initiatives with partner business goals, sales targets, and product roadmaps. <br></li><li>Campaign Development & Execution <br></li><li>Lead the creation of co-branded campaigns, product launches, digital content, and demand generation programs. <br></li><li>Manage end-to-end campaign execution including messaging, creative development, and performance tracking. <br></li><li>Market Development Fund (MDF) Management <br></li><li>Own the planning, allocation, and ROI tracking of MDF investments <br></li><li>Guide partners on proposal development and ensure compliance with branding and ROI standards <br></li><li>Stakeholder Management <br></li><li>Act as the primary marketing liaison between internal teams (sales, product, comms) and partner marketing counterparts. <br></li><li>Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. <br></li><li>Performance & Reporting <br></li><li>Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs. <br></li><li>Provide regular reporting and insights to internal and partner stakeholders. <br></li><li>Enablement & Content <br></li><li>Collaborate with product and content teams to develop partner-facing assets such as solution briefs, case studies, and sales enablement tools. <br></li><li>Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all partner touchpoints. <br></li><li>Event & Program Support <br></li><li>Support joint participation in industry events, webinars, and partner summits. <br></li><li>Coordinate logistics, messaging, and promotional activities for partner-led events. <br><br><br></li>Skill Requirements:<br><br><br><li>The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, partner ecosystems, and semiconductor or high-tech industries. <br></li><li>Experience in marketing functions in related industry sectors.<br></li><li>A bachelors degree (pref. in quantitative/technical streams or business management)<br></li><li>Strong with numbers and data<br></li><li>Needs to be proficient with MS Excel or similar data processing tools<br></li><li>Ability to handle client discussions and relationships with a high degree of independence and manage client expectations on a day-to-day basis. The role would involve significant level of direct client connects, so the person is expected to have a good command on English and generally high degree of confidence managing interpersonal engagements<br></li><li>Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused.<br><br><br></li>Recommended:<br><br><br><li>Experience working at a Consulting firm will be beneficial<br></li><li>Experience working at a Marketing Agency (focused on digital marketing) or proven understanding of the agency ecosystem and ways of working<br></li><li>Keen awareness and understanding of the latest relevant digital commerce and marketing trends and happenings<br></li><li>Hunger to learn on the go and upskill based on team and client requirements<br><br><br></li>
