**Job Title: Personal Secretary to the CEO**

Multistar is a leading global company with a strong presence in various industries. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to assist our CEO in managing daily operations and ensuring the efficient running of the executive office.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and strong multitasking capabilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and communications, as well as assisting with other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and organize the CEO’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

- Handle incoming communications (emails, phone calls) and prioritize responses based on urgency and importance.

- Draft, review, and send emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records in a confidential manner.

- Assist with organizing events, conferences, and business trips.

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

- Manage and track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion.

- Perform other administrative duties as required by the CEO.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

- Previous experience working in Doha or the Gulf region is highly desirable.
