Pet Boarding Concierge

Who We're Looking For:

A friendly, organized, and animal-loving individual who is already based in Doha. You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients and their beloved pets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Check-in/check-out pets for boarding stays
• Manage reservations and keep accurate pet records
• Communicate clearly and kindly with both clients and teammates
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for pets
• Support daily operations with a positive, team-first attitude

Requirements:

• Must currently reside in Doha, Qatar
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Strong team player with a professional, can-do attitude
• Passion for animals and ability to handle dogs and cats confidently
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience in pet care or customer service preferred
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
