Northrop Grumman has an opening for a Principal Business Management Analyst (Level 3) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The selected candidate will lead Contract Set Up Group (CSG) activities within our Aeronautics Sector, Global Surveillance Division. This position will be based in Melbourne, FL or San Diego, CA with a telmute schedule option. The essential functions of this role include incorporating changes into the SAP S4 HANA system that reflect negotiated and agreed-upon contract parameters and guidelines. The candidate will conduct contract “kick-off” meetings with internal stakeholders and management to review and confirm data. Coordination with various stakeholders in other functions will be necessary to develop effective lines of communication. The candidate will also maintain CSG processes to address division or programmatic nuances, perform analyses and quarterly audits to ensure that contracts are set up correctly, and support requests for data by programs, customers, and company management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of business-related experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years of stated experience.

- Understanding of government contracting.

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage large sets of data and create pivot tables, charts, and graphs to summarize information.

- Proficient in SAP.

- Ability to work on-site with a possible telmute option 2-3 days per week in Melbourne, FL or San Diego, CA.
