White Oak is a professional services firm providing outsourced CFO support, fund administration and tax compliance services to private equity firms in all stages of their life cycle. </p><p><br></p><p>The Part-Time Private Equity Tax Accountant will be responsible for providing tax preparation services to various private equity clients and high net worth individuals.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Prepare various private equity partnership and individual tax returns.</li><li>Conduct basic tax research.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting</li><li>Experience in private equity accounting a plus</li><li>4 plus years of experience preparing private equity partnership and high net worth individual tax returns</li><li>Experience with CCH Wolters Kluwer a plus</li><li>Strong written and verbal communicator skills</li><li>Strong project management and organization skills and ability to manage competing priorities </li><li>Results driven, self-starter who likes to take on new challenges</li></ul>
