Global Charter is seeking a skilled Private Jet Broker to drive business growth through brokering private jet charter flights. This remote role requires a self-motivated individual with sales and private aviation experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage client relationships, and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Comprehensive training provided by industry-leading brokers
  • Uncapped commission with high rates in the industry
  • Key accounts for immediate commission opportunities
  • Holiday entitlement: 25 days excluding bank holidays
  • Daily contact with Global Charter founders

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Networking and relationship-building skills
  • Previous sales experience in private aviation or related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Responsibilities:

  • Secure new private jet charter clients via leads, email marketing, cold calls, networking, and sales meetings
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Manage and grow key accounts
  • Update and maintain CRM system (Integral)
  • Handle charter process from initial inquiries to quoting, contract negotiation, and flight management
