Procurement Specialist for Client of People Dynamics

Job Summary: Lead the process for the development of procurement procedures based on the effective procurement policy, business needs and any relevant external regulations ensuring full compliance. Design, monitor, and review the Procurement budget. Review service agreements from a procurement perspective in coordination with the Legal team. Monitor and purchase services, supplies, and equipment and compare costs for maximum value-for-money and quality. Support development and succession planning in collaboration with the HR function. Skills: Must be from a large group of companies or FMCG background. Must have 10 years of Procurement experience. Bilingual preferred (English and Arabic).
