The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Proposal & Contracts Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will draft, review, and manage technical and commercial proposals, while overseeing contractual documentation and ensuring compliance with UAE government requirements.

Key Responsibilities

? Draft, edit, and format technical & commercial proposals for government tenders (EHS, MOHAP, DHA, SEHA, PPP).

? Ensure all submissions are compliant with requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.

? Collaborate with Finance for costing, budgeting, and revenue projections.

? Prepare, review, and manage contracts, MOUs, and partnership agreements.

? Maintain a structured repository of proposals, contracts, and templates.

? Liaise with internal teams (Clinical, Legal, HR, Operations) to ensure compliance and alignment.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Law, or related field.

48 years experience in proposal writing, tenders, or contract management (healthcare preferred).

Strong understanding of UAE government tendering & PPP processes.

Excellent Arabic & English writing & communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
