You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience across our Engineering, Oil & Gas and Energy Transition sectors.</p><p></p><p>***Contract – 12 months***</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies</li><li>Write engaging job advertisements and manage postings across various platforms</li><li>Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other tools</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders</li><li>Support hiring managers throughout the interview process, including customizing interview guides</li><li>Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding by reviewing employment contracts</li><li>Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases</li><li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs</li><li>Represent KBR at job fairs and networking events, promoting our brand and encouraging referrals</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>2 + years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably within Engineering, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors</li><li>Proven track record recruiting technical roles in competitive markets</li><li>Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (Familiarity with Workday a PLUS), & CRM’s</li><li>Experience writing compelling job adverts</li><li>Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Knowledge of Singapore Employment laws and legislations</li><li>Familiarity with Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources management</li><li>5+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably within Engineering, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors</li></ul><p></p><p></p>
