Role Overview: As a Team Captain at our restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering the core service of our establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences on a daily basis. Additionally, you will be expected to lead your team by setting a positive example. Key Responsibilities: - Operating F&B outlets assigned to you as Captain/ Trainee Captain - Monitoring and ensuring smooth F&B service operations - Recommending food and beverage service standards, implementing and following standard operating procedures - Organizing duty roster of service staff - Maintaining SOP for quality, cost control, inventory, and training - Introducing innovative ideas for increasing targeted sales - Interacting with guests, participating in menu planning, and addressing guest requirements Qualification Required: - Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology or equivalent - 5-8 years of experience in managing food and beverage or a similar role Additional Company Details: The salary for this position ranges from 16000 to 18000 Rupees, and it is not a constraint for the right candidate.
