Be the voice that sets the tone for a luxury dining experience. As Reservation Agent, you’ll manage bookings with precision, charm, and efficiency, ensuring every guest’s journey starts seamlessly.

Requirements:

• Experience in reservations/front desk role within hospitality, preferably Fine Dining
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage booking systems and handle high volumes

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage seating plans to maximize guest satisfaction and efficiency
• Provide accurate information on menus, events, and promotions
• Support guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
