Sales Executive

Job Description:

A leading 5-star resort in Qatar is looking for a Sales Executive to join its dynamic team. This role requires a proactive and client-oriented individual with experience in the GCC hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should be confident in building and maintaining client relationships, and able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and promote the resorts services

Manage relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and travel agencies

Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals

Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, contracts, and correspondence

Maintain an accurate database of client contacts and sales activities

Represent the property at local and regional events or trade shows as required

Qualifications:

1-2 years of GCC experience in hospitality or hotel/resort sales

Strong communication and presentation skills

Fluent in English; Russian speakers, Arabic speakers, and Filipinos currently based in Qatar are encouraged to apply

A team player with a customer-focused mindset

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities

Able to work independently and under pressure
